We want you to love your Hunter boots, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn boots and the original packing slip inside the box, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
